It is understood that Car Buy Choice is an independent Internet automobile dealership and has a contractual relationship with various new vehicle franchises. This enables us to purchase and locate most types of vehicles and the lowest possible price. We are therefore able to extend these lower prices to our customers. We also have a network of leasing companies and banks that give us a continual inventory of top of the line pre-owned leased vehicles at a substantial discount.

All the services of Car Buy Choice are completely free of charge to the consumers who chose to utilize the various services. Consumers may elect to chose all or none of the services offered. There is no obligation or commitment by the consumer for present or future services.

It is the objective of Car Buy Choice to offer unbiased independent advise to assist the consumer in their financing and purchasing decisions.

Car Buy Choice's compensation arrangement with participating banks is on a fee basis. All consumers are given the actual bank buy rates whenever possible. Special Finance customers may be under a separate arrangement, due to the requirements and costs of the individual bank program, and the stipulations, guidelines and annual percentage rate yield required by the bank.

It is the policy of Car Buy Choice not to charge our customers for delivery when purchasing a vehicle; however, the delivered vehicle must be financed through Car Buy Choice, or a fee may be charged. Once a vehicle is ordered by the customer, the customer will be responsible for all out of pocket costs incurred by Car Buy Choice in the event of cancellation or refusal to accept delivery of the vehicle. Likewise, should the customer refuse delivery of vehicle, a mileage charge of $3.00 per mile will be charged for the cost of transporting the vehicle.
